New Project: Willow Crossing


Willow Crossing is a new construction, affordable housing apartment building located in South Seattle. Breaking ground Spring 2020, it will be 7 stories high with 1 level of below-grade parking. In total, the project will provide 211 affordable residential units, including studio, 1 and 2 bedroom floorplans. Willow Crossing will also feature a large rooftop deck, a public plaza along MLK Jr Way, as well as commercial tenant space at the street level.

Project Completion: Redmond Ridge 113


The largest building to-date in the Redmond Ridge Business Park, Building #113 is a 129,687 warehouse with a 24’ clear height. Sitework included the clearing of the 8.75 acre site which logged 100,000 MBF of timber. The site grade also resulted in a cut-to-fill of 10-15’ on the west side of the site, and 20’ of fill to the east and a 20’ retaining wall on the NE corner of the site. New Project: Bridge Point I-5


The Bridge Point I-5 project in Portland, Oregon is the future location of two industrial tilt-up distribution centers totaling 677,000 square feet.   Site clearing of the 37 acre site began in 2019. Project Completion: Ridgefield Commerce Center


This is a 117,000 square foot Class A industrial building broke ground May 2019. Completed January 2020, the Ridgefield Commerce Center has a 30’ clear height with a 6” reinforced concrete floor. Project Completion: Neumeier Engineering


Known as Tilt 348 during construction, the Neumeier Engineering building is a new construction tilt-up building located in Federal Way. The building is a 79,000 square feet warehouse and has a 30' clear height. The project was initially a speculative build for developer Panattoni, and was then purchased by Neumeier Engineering as a build-to-suit with a 7,000 square foot office build out. Project Completion: Bridge Point Kent 100


Bridge Point Kent 100 is a concrete tilt-up warehouse built on a 4.7-acre site in Kent, Washington. The new building, at 26524 79th Ave. S., is 94,523 square feet, with 30-foot clear heights, flexible size configurations, an ESFR sprinkler system, 14 dock-high and two grade-level doors. A 6,000 square foot office build out was also completed for tenant Spicers Paper.

New Project: Lakeview Office


March 4, 2020 Lake Washington Boulevard at Carillon Point has a new project underway. Project Completion: Blue Origin Research & Development


The Blue Origin Research & Development facility in Kent took 11 months to construct. Built to serve 1,500 employees for the aerospace company, the 222,650 square foot tensioned fabric structure was manufactured and installed by Sprung Structures. Project Update: AGC Heat / Townsend Industrial


January 30, 2020 Construction began last fall on a 63,075 square foot shell and tenant improvement construction project on a 3.8 acre site in Fairview, Oregon for AGC Heat Transfer. Built by concrete-tilt up construction, this building will have 5,959 square feet of office space with the remaining portion dedicated to manufacturing, warehouse storage, and assembly. Construction is underway on Prologis’ PDX 23, a 154,243 square foot distribution center in the Columbia Corridor East District of Portland, Oregon. Located on NE Airport Way, 6.8 acres of the 19.3 acre site are dedicated to the Wetlands Mitigation Area adjacent to the Columbia Slough. Work is underway on Building C of the Lakewood Logistics Center. This project includes the construction of a speculative 205,030 square foot warehouse with 3,160 square feet of office space. New Project: Tacoma Screw Fulfillment


Sitework began on the former site of Gig Harbor Athletic Club earlier this summer, making way for a new fulfillment center for Tacoma Screw Products. The 9.17 acre site is located just north of the Tacoma Narrow’s bridge. The completed Order Fulfillment Center building will include 96,287 square feet of interior space, including a 5,000 square foot retail store, within an 80,000 square foot footprint. Project Completion: The Cubes at Troutdale


Sierra has delivered its second industrial project in the Troutdale Reynolds Industrial Park in the last two years. The Cubes at Troutdale is a new construction 349,080 square foot speculative industrial and logistics facility, developed by CRG Real Estate Solutions. This speculative concrete tilt-up has 84 dock-height and 4 drive-in doors, and a 36’ clear height. Additional project team members included Forum Studio, Stock & Associates and Alper Audi, Inc.

Louis Paul joined Sierra as a Project Engineer after serving as an Officer in the Navy Civil Engineer Corps from 2012 – 2017. He received his commission through Naval Officer Candidate School in Rhode Island and was assigned to MCAGCC – 29 Palms shortly after. Project Completion: Northwest Logistics Center, Building 2


Project teams in DuPont, Washington recently completed a 628,000 square foot speculative building on a 32-acre site for developer Panattoni. Known as Building 2 of the Northwest Logistics Center during construction, this project is now being marketed as the DuPont Logistics Center. Sierra's tilt crew and NessCampbell tilted the 148 tilt panels in two phases and used 21,660 cubic yards of concrete for its construction. The panels weighed 70,000 to 180,000lbs.
