September 16, 2020 Construction began last fall on a 63,075 square foot shell and tenant improvement construction project on a 3.8 acre site in Fairview, Oregon for AGC Heat Transfer. Built by concrete-tilt up construction, this building has 5,959 square feet of office space, with the remaining portion dedicated to manufacturing, warehouse storage, and assembly. The project also featured four, 5-ton interior bridge cranes. Mackenzie was the architect and Dermody Properties was the developer.

Willow Crossing is a new construction, affordable housing apartment building located in South Seattle. Breaking ground Spring 2020, it will be 7 stories high with 1 level of below-grade parking. In total, the project will provide 211 affordable residential units, including studio, 1 and 2 bedroom floorplans. Willow Crossing will also feature a large rooftop deck, a public plaza along MLK Jr Way, as well as commercial tenant space at the street level.
