Updates at Terrace Station


March 19, 2021 Terrace Station, a 14-acre three-phased mixed use development in Mountlake Terrace, has changed the view along I-5 in Mountlake Terrace. Constructed alongside Lynnwood’s Link light rail, Building 1 was completed in December. Standing six stories high, the 470,000 square foot mixed-use Building 1 is comprised of 258 residential units, two levels of underground parking, and 60,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space.
