The building is a 79,000 square feet warehouse and has a 30' clear height. The project was initially a speculative build for developer Panattoni, and was then purchased by Neumeier Engineering as a build-to-suit with a 7,000 square foot office build out. Bridge Point Kent 100 is a concrete tilt-up warehouse built on a 4.7-acre site in Kent, Washington. The new building, at 26524 79th Ave. S., is 94,523 square feet, with 30-foot clear heights, flexible size configurations, an ESFR sprinkler system, 14 dock-high and two grade-level doors. A 6,000 square foot office build out was also completed for tenant Spicers Paper.
