The first building in a multi-building, 100 acre industrial development for Tarragon, SeaPORT Building 1 will be a 141,000 square foot warehouse. When completed, Building 1 will have 30 overhead doors, 4 drive in doors and a clear height of 36’. This project is due for completion in early 2020.
This 117,000 square foot Class A industrial building broke ground May 2019. Currently under construction, this building will have a 30’ clear height with a 6” reinforced concrete floor. The building is designed to be divisible to 21,922 square feet. This building will also have 28 dock-high doors and four grade level drive-thru doors. Also known as S 11th Industrial, this project is due for completion this fall.
Construction began on this 13 acre Sumner site June 2019. Building A will be 113,500 square feet with 28 dock doors, and Building B will be 110,000 square feet with 27 dock doors.
