Sierra broke ground on Phase 2 of the Portland Portal business park in June. The 22 acre site will have three warehouse and manufacturing buildings, totaling just under 360,000 square feet. Building A will be 110,000 square feet with 21 dock doors. Building B will be 47,000 square feet with 10 dock doors and finally the largest of the three, Building C, will be 202,800 square feet and have 46 dock doors. This project is due for completion Summer 2019.
Sierra Construction has broke ground on a 9.6 acre site in Everett, Washington. Glacier Peak at Riverside Business Park will be a 201,534 square foot distribution warehouse located along the Snohomish River in Everett with exposure to I-5. The completed project will have a 32' clear height, 130' concrete truck apron, 38 dock high doors and 4 drive-in doors. This project is due for completion Spring 2019.
Mountlake Terrace, WA Last week held the ground breaking event for the first phase of the transit-oriented, mixed-use residential and commercial development Terrace Station in Mountlake Terrace, WA.
