New Project: IPT Tualatin


Breaking ground this month is IPT Tualatin. This project includes the new construction of a 157,230 square foot speculative manufacturing building on a 9 acre site along the north side of SW Tualatin-Sherwood Rd. The concrete tilt-up building will have a 32’ clear height and have 4 overhead doors; 36 dock and 4 at-grade. The building is set up to handle up to four tenants. Clutter keeps growing in Seattle

Project Completion: La-Z-Boy Issaquah


  Last week held the grand opening event for La-Z-Boy in Issaquah, Washington. The event was well attended and guests included Chris Washko, Owner and CEO of La-Z-Boy Seattle, Issaquah's new mayor Mary Lou Pauly, and also an appearance from Issaquah resident, Doug Baldwin.
