| Description |
| This project consisted of the construction of a 70,000 square foot concrete tilt-up spec office/warehouse, completing construction of the last building in this business park. The warehouse is designed for up to eight tenants, with storefront entries, loading docks in the back and second story windows to allow second story expansion for future tenants. Constructed in five months, this project was successfully completed in December, 2004. |
