Project Fred Meyer Regional Service Center Expansion Chehalis, Washington Owner Kroger Co. Architect AHBL Civil and Structural Engineers Description Sierra Construction recently completed the Fred Meyer Regional Service Center expansion project in Chehalis. This project involved the addition of a 214,570 square foot concrete tilt up to the existing 481,000 sf metal building. The building expansion included removing a wall from the existing building without impact to the distribution center’s on-going operations.
