Tenant Improvements have always been a significant part of our business. We have completed countless additions, build-outs and renovations over the years, from the most basic improvements inside warehouse facilities to custom designed tenant spaces in offices, restaurants and retail stores. Project Baysinger Partners Architecture TI Owner Baysinger Partners Architecture Architect Baysinger Partners Architecture Description This 4,500 sf class “A” office improvement incorporated designs detailed by the tenants themselves. The project started with the demolition of the existing ceiling grid system and incorporated a mezzanine area that was previously unused space. Free standing architectural glu-lam beam stair stringers were installed to access the new mezzanine space and the stair treads and risers were a manufactured bamboo composite plywood. Old growth beams and tongue and groove wood roof decking were exposed, and with a fresh coat of paint, brought back the beauty of the 1920’s building construction and created a much more open atmosphere.
