In the last few years we’ve added more than 1,200,000 square feet of suburban office projects to our resume. Project North Creek Technology Campus, Phase I Bothell, WA Owner Schnitzer Northwest, LLC Architect SynThesis, LLC Description Completed in the spring of 1999, Phase I of the Technology Campus at North Creek included more than 300,000 square feet of flex-tech two and three storey office buildings.
