Throughout our history we have pursued construction projects that fall within the categories in which we specialize, like warehouse, manufacturing or industrial buildings. There have been times, however, where we have been asked or given the opportunity to build special projects, jobs just outside our category types where a client has asked us to be involved as builder or construction manager. To date, we've successfully completed over 1,300,000 square feet of special projects, along with the construction management of the 140 acre Emerald Downs Project in Auburn.
