Project Description

This project included the construction of 3 buildings, the first at 23,000 sf, and two outbuildings at 5,000 sf and 13,000 sf. All buildings are wood framed with hardi-plank siding. One outbuilding is to be used for landscape maintenance, the other building for automotive, carpentry, and systems maintenance. The main facilities building is for shipping/receiving as well as administrative offices. Sustainable features of this project include occupancy sensors in lights, low VOC paints and recycled shingles with low heat transmittance. Recycled materials were used in the projects siding, upgrades to insulation and energy management systems were used, and pervious asphalt was used in the parking area.
