This Queen Anne mixed use project is a three story, 42,700 square foot building will have two levels of parking garage with 48 stalls. The ground level is dedicated for retail with two residential floors and a 9,500 square foot green roof with 2,145 square foot roof deck. CVS Pharmacy is the main commercial tenant, occupying 16,000 square feet on the main floor. Delivery loading considerations were taken, which required the design to accommodate a pre-existing alley that separates the project from Tribeca Condos. Finishes include glass awnings, mural panels louvers and cement board.
