The Koch Corporate Center is located in Tualatin, Oregon, and buildings 10, 11 and 12 in the development were completed this spring. The three buildings are designed for tenants with distribution or warehouse needs and includes build-to-suit office space. Building 10 will total 38,800 square feet, building 11 will be 42,500 square feet and building 12 will be 46,000 square feet. Sierra completed Buildings 1, 5 and 8 Winter 2016.
Breaking ground spring of 2017, Project Piper will be a 857,000 square foot distribution center to occupy three previously vacant lots in the Troutdale Reynolds Industrial Park. The 74 acre site will also have 2,500 car parking spaces, 276 trailer parking spaces, and over 60 loading docks.
Sierra Construction recently broke ground on Phase 4, located east of 24th on what was Furnery’s Nursery. When completed, the fourth phase will add an additional 512,121 square feet of industrial warehouse to the park with 36’ clear height, comprised of two buildings (Building A, 266,013 square feet and Building B, 224,678 square feet). This phase is due for completion in spring 2018.

Sierra Construction was the general contractor for CarMax Store No. 7250 in Lynnwood.The 9 acre Lynnwood site was previously home to Detroit Autoworks and originally a Safeway, which was demolished in 2014. Sitework began early this year on a 58 acre site in the Port of Tacoma, which was previously the site of the Simpson Lumbermill. Sitework included demolition of the remaining lumbermill structures, and the majority of the site was paved. Georgetown Crossroads is a 589,615 square foot, three-story fulfillment center. This unique facility will provide much needed industrial facilities in an area with little available real estate. Work began on an 80 acre undeveloped site near Port of Tacoma in December. Known as Prologis Park Tacoma, the site is a planned 1.3+ million square feet of new industrial development. Sierra Construction is the general contractor for Building B, which will stand at 770,195 square feet with a 36’ clear height. The building boasts 174 dock doors with a triple-loaded dock configuration. The project is scheduled for turnover later this year.
