Work began on an 80 acre undeveloped site near Port of Tacoma in December. Known as Prologis Park Tacoma, the site is a planned 1.3+ million square feet of new industrial development. Sierra Construction is the general contractor for Building B, which will stand at 770,195 square feet with a 36’ clear height. The building boasts 174 dock doors with a triple-loaded dock configuration. The project is scheduled for turnover later this year.

Monday held the ceremonial groundbreaking for Highline Place - Phase 1 in Des Moines, Washington. The finished project will feature 160-bed, state of the art student housing units for Highline College, and over 12,000 square feet of ground floor retail space.
