New Project: Georgetown Crossroads

Georgetown Crossroads is a 589,615 square foot, three-story fulfillment center. This unique facility will provide much needed industrial facilities in an area with little available real estate. Project Update: Prologis Park Tacoma

Work began on an 80 acre undeveloped site near Port of Tacoma in December. Known as Prologis Park Tacoma, the site is a planned 1.3+ million square feet of new industrial development. Sierra Construction is the general contractor for Building B, which will stand at 770,195 square feet with a 36’ clear height. The building boasts 174 dock doors with a triple-loaded dock configuration. The project is scheduled for turnover later this year.

New Project: Big Eddy Commerce Center

Sitework began last year on this 135,387 square foot tilt-up commerce center on 7.5 acres in Gresham, Oregon.  ‘Big Eddy’ will have a 30′ clear height, 30 dock doors and 5 grade level doors with a 6″ slab. The office will be build-to-suit. Located within in the Airport Way submarket the project is a part of a 230-acre master-planned business park development.

New Project: Bothell 185 Apartments

Puget Sound based real estate developer, Tarragon, broke ground this month on a 135-unit residential project in Bothell, WA. The six level apartment building will include five wood-framed stories of residential apartments over one story of secured parking, which includes 137 parking stalls. Project Completion: WRCC Chinook

Sierra received final Certification of Occupation this month for the DCT’s White River Corporate Center Phase II North, also known as the ‘Chinook’ building.

Tower Crane Raised at Linden Flats

Thursday was a busy day for the Linden Flats jobsite in Seattle, and the weather provided a clear day for passer-bys to watch the action.

Project Completion: Parkside Shops

Located in the heart of PacTrust’s Columbia Tech Center development in Vancouver Washington, recently completed Parkside Shops is a unique building that stands out amidst apartments and flex-tech office buildings.

The new structure totals 8,798 square feet of retail space, with 6,025 square feet leased to Oregon based Hopworks Urban Brewery. Project Completion: Koch Corporate Center, Buildings 1, 5 & 8

The Koch Corporate Center is located in Tualatin, Oregon. The three buildings were designed for tenants with distribution or warehouse needs and includes build-to-suit office space. Building 1 is the largest building in the Corporate Center totaling 201,300 square feet. Building 5 is 60,000 square feet and Building 8 is 44,875 square feet.
