WALLS TILTED FOR ATHLETIC CENTER
Sierra Construction Co. this week tilted concrete walls for the
two-story, 58,000 square foot Woodinville Athletic Center at
18600 Woodinville-Snohomish Road.
The building features high ceilings,
large clear spans and full glass overhead doors on the first
floor. At-grade access, flexible
space plans and territorial views can be found on the second floor.
When
finished in the late summer, the concrete tilt-up building will
feature CMU block and metal siding.
The facility is 92 percent leased
with athletics-related tenants, including All Star Fitness of Woodinville,
Home Court Northwest
and Northlake Sports Therapy. About 5,000 square feet are still
available. Rates are $1.50 a square foot, triple net for the warm
shell. With a $30/square foot tenant improvement allowance, the
rate is $1.75, triple net.
The developer is WAC Partners LLC. The
design team includes architect Synthesis and DCI Engineers.
