LOWE’S OPENS IN BELLINGHAM
Sierra Construction Co. earlier this year completed a 165,000
square foot Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse and Garden
Center in Bellingham at Interstate 5 and Sunset Drive in the new
Sunset Marketplace. It is the third store built for Lowe’s
by Sierra in the past two years. The architect is SSOE, Inc. of
Bothell. Subcontractors included: Donovan Excavating, Greening
America, Ferndale Read Mix, Morse Steel, All Masonry & Concrete,
Andgar, Star Roofing, Olson Plastering, Van Beek Drywall, American
Sprinkler Corp., United Plumbing, Feller Heating and Westland Electric.
Sierra’s project manager was John Berry, its project engineer
was Levi Miller and its superintendent was Tim Clark.
