New Woodinville center houses fitness companies

Sierra Construction Co. recently completed the Woodinville Athletic Center on Woodinville-Snohomish Road in Woodinville, WA. The 60,000 sq. ft. building houses four health and fitness related tenants, including All-Star Fitness, Homecourt Basketball, Northlake Sports Therapy and Sun Spa.

It has a regulation 25-yard swimming pool, basketball courts, glass-paneled overhead doors and a glass soffit over the reception desk in the health club.

Site work involved construction of a 300-foot retaining wall, an underground vault, as well as a 35-foot high terraforce wall.

The owner is WAC Partners, LLC. SynThesis LLC is the architect, engineer is DCI and subcontractors included SME Electric, Lakeside Industries, K Kenny Construction, Stanley Roofing, Patriot Fire Protection, State Mechanical and Universal Refrigeration.
