From the start, one of our staple products has been the construction of large tilt-up concrete industrial buildings. From Valley South Corporate Park, Van Doren’s Landing, the Kent Valley, and throughout the north west, we have successfully completed over 5,000,000 square feet of industrial space. Architect AHBL Civil and Structural Engineers Description Constructed on a 7 acre site, this project included the construction of two concrete tilt-up buildings for use as warehouse or distribution centers. Both buildings, at 43,000 square feet and 105,000 square feet, feature design build electrical and HVAC systems to accommodate various future building uses. Interior build out for the tenant in the larger building includes a 9,500 square foot mezzanine office and a 25' tiled lobby entrance.
