Project Update: Ridgefield Commerce Center

Sierra's tilt crew and NessCampbell Crane recently completed erecting the wall panels at Ridgefield Commerce Center. The 117,000 square foot Class A industrial building broke ground May 2019. Currently under construction, this building will have a 30’ clear height with a 6” reinforced concrete floor. The building is designed to be divisible to 21,922 square feet. Project Update: Terrace Station, Building 1

The first building of the Terrace Station Transit Oriented Development in Mountlake Terrace topped out last week.
