Portside 55 North in Tacoma recently tilted the second building. This phase of the Portside 55 development consists of two buildings; Building A and Building B. Ballard's West Woodland Business Center is taking shape. The project team has completed concrete pours on each floor and has begun framing on the 4th floor. In the coming weeks steel erection will wrap-up, slab-on-deck concrete pours will conclude and framing will commence on the lower levels. Located in Lacey, Washington, the Hogum Bay Logistics Center is a new construction state-of-the-art industrial development. In total, this development contains three buildings totaling 1.1 million square feet. This phase of the project includes the construction of Buildings 4 (144,000 square feet) and Building 5 (155,000 square feet). Both buildings will have a 32’ clear height and 130’ truck courts. Breaking ground in August 2016, Stadium Apartments is a 220,000 square foot mixed-use building located in the Stadium District of Tacoma.
