Project Piper's first tilt phase was completed at the end of September. 66 panels, and included the smallest panel in the building, at only 54' tall and 73,340lbs. (yes, only) Breaking ground spring of 2017, Project Piper will be a 857,000 square foot distribution center to occupy three previously vacant lots in the Troutdale Reynolds Industrial Park. Sierra completed Dermody Properties' LogistiCenter I5 late this summer. Built on a 13 acre site in Lakewood, Washington, the 210,700 square foot concrete tilt-up industrial facility is just minutes from I5. The completed project features a 30' clear height, 4 grade doors, 22 dock doors, 147 car stalls and 130' truck maneuvering. This project is also a finalist for NAIOP's 2017 Night of the Stars event.
