Tilt completed at DCT White River Corporate Center

The final panel was tilted this morning for Building 2 at DCT White River Corporate Center in Sumner. Due for completion fall of this year, the 251,000 square foot distribution center is owned by DCT Industrial.

Project Completion: Dwell at Kent Station

The City of Kent and Puget Sound-based developer Tarragon celebrated the completion of the Kent Station mixed-use, transit oriented development (TOD) last Thursday.   The final phase of the project included the construction of Dwell at Kent Station, a 154-unit, four story plus ground level parking apartment building. Walls go up at DiJulio Land

Walls were tilted yesterday at the DiJulio Land Co. property in Everett. Due for completion this Fall, the project will be a 50,196 square foot warehouse for Lincoln Moving and Storage.

Hopworks to Open New Brewpub in Vancouver

Because beer lovers, biker riders, and families live in Vancouver, Washington, too, the brewpub chain popular with all three demographics (especially beer-drinking, bicycling parents), Hopworks Urban Brewery is opening a location in the suburb over the state line.
