The Hub at Bel-Kirk 520 is a standalone, 879 square foot great-room style structure built for exclusive use by the office park’s tenants located in Bellevue, WA.

Cook Street Apartments: Designed for the cycling centric

In Portland’s Eliot neighborhood, a cycling-centric apartment building is wrapping up construction along Northeast Cook Street.

The mixed-use, 206-unit Cook Street Apartments is the largest complex in the North Williams Corridor and borders North Williams Avenue, a bike route that connects commuters over the Broadway Bridge directly into the City Center, about two miles away.

Sierra tilts first of three buildings in Koch Corporate Center

Walls were tilted for the first of three buildings at the Koch Corporate Center located in Tualatin, Oregon this past week.

The corporate center is designed for tenants with distribution or warehouse needs and includes build-to-suit office space. With the tilt-up completed April 21st, Building 1 totals 201,300 square feet with 32’ clear height and is the largest building in the Park.

The remaining two buildings, Building 5 (60,000 square feet) and Building 8 (46,875 square feet) will be tilted in May.

Project Completion: Sumner West Distribution Center

Avenue 55 has completed the development of a 6.62 acre Sumner West site located in Sumner, WA. The building is a concrete tilt-up, state-of-the-art distribution facility totaling 117,870 square feet.

The building features a clear height of 30’, 27 dock high doors, 2 grade level drive-in doors, 70 parking stalls, a hybrid roof structure, concrete truck aprons, and two office nodes with steel canopies over entryways.

Project Completion: Redmond Ridge 116 & 117

Recently completed, this Redmond Ridge project included the construction of two concrete tilt-up buildings, Building 116 (45,015 square feet) and Building 117 (40,625 square feet). The floor plan is set up to allow for up to four tenants per building. Building 116 has a sawtooth footprint which maximizes the use of the site while creating architectural interest.
